At Tyler’s Firewood, we want your delivery experience to be as smooth as possible. Please review our policy before placing your order.

Service Area

• We deliver throughout the greater Marietta / Cobb County area.

• Standard delivery fees are included in the checkout price for locations within our local radius.

• Addresses outside our standard range may incur an additional mileage fee, which will be communicated before delivery.

Scheduling

• Deliveries are typically scheduled within a few days of order confirmation.

• Weather, order volume, and accessibility may affect delivery times. We’ll always keep you updated.

• If you need delivery on a specific day, let us know at checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Delivery Instructions

• Firewood is dropped in a convenient spot near your driveway or yard.

• If stacking service is selected, we will neatly stack the firewood in the location you specify, as long as it is safely accessible.

• Please ensure driveways and pathways are clear for our team and equipment.

Payment

• Payment is required at checkout.

• If additional fees apply (for distance or special handling), you will be notified before the delivery is complete.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Orders may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee to cover scheduling and transportation costs.
