At Tyler’s Firewood, all sales are final. Because firewood is a natural product and delivered directly to your home, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been delivered.

If there is ever an issue with the quality or accuracy of your order, please contact us right away and we’ll do our best to make it right.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to load and deliver your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been delivered, you will receive a message with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and demand.

What kind of wood will you deliver?

At Tyler’s Firewood Delivery, we provide top-quality seasoned oak firewood—carefully cut to fit standard fireplaces and wood stoves. Our white and red oak mix burns hot, clean, and long.

How weather and humidity affect seasoned firewood?

All of our firewood is properly seasoned and ready to burn. Since it’s stored outdoors, natural factors like humidity or recent rain can cause a temporary increase in surface moisture.

This does not affect overall quality or performance — the wood will still burn efficiently once it’s had brief time to dry again.
